Cant download mods with vortex look for app

I have checked the proper boxes and logged in. I dont know how to fix that. I did setup Vortex correctly following the Wiki and Gopher. Prinsn , the download with mod manager button is controlled by both mod authors and our staff. Our staff will never disable the button unless the author is providing an installer for the mod. More often, the mod authors themselves would disable the button for one reason or another - please clarify this with the mod author.

Wikt0ri0 , are you using FireFox by any chance? FireFox tends to hold its own file associations and may have been configured to automatically start up NMM instead of Vortex. I would click the option to download through Vortex and the window that pops up with the following text would show: "Your download should automatically begin within a few seconds. Personally I installed it once Vortex , I saw how much complex and buggy was, and removed it and never cared again about it. I did shift to Vortex early and found a lot of issues in the beginning. I did what I always do, if having trouble sorting issues in a new program I ceased using it. I reopened it for returning to SSE and it has improved dramatically. Jus' sayin'. There are two settings you should have checked So on the left side of Vortex look for "Settings" now under "Automation" make sure the following 2 are both showing a green check which indicates they are turned on Deploy Mods when Enabled Enable Mods when Installed.
