Interesting Take On Aussie Lifeguards. The episodes are short but interesting, showing the days in the lives of good-looking for the most part Bondi Beach lifeguards. It is incredible how stupid people can be, repeatedly swimming where they aren't supposed to warning flags and signs are ignored. These people have no clue how close they come to dying, especially the Asian tourists who giggle and immediately go back out to try drowning again.

A line of ambulances are called down to the beach. Japanese language student Takahiro Ono is found lifeless in the water on a surprisingly calm day. With no breath and no pulse a frantic resuscitation effort begins as lifeguards come to his rescue.

Finally a defibrillator shocks him back to life. Ten minutes after the incident Taka is fully conscious. But no one yet knows what caused the emergency in the first place. On Australia Day the crowds come to celebrate on the sand, but one group of revellers find themselves drifting towards New Zealand on blow-up animals.

Then there are the perverts on the sand to contend with?
